I charge a standard fee of $40 per day. This includes my time, care and energy. Usually I ask that half the total pre agreed upon amount be paid in advance or on the day of your departure. Included in this charge is feeding, curbside garbage, compost and recycling deposits, cleaning before your arrival home, litter boxes.  This advance provides a buffer for me if any house or pet emergencies occur and I cannot reach you for direct payment to vet/repair service or others. It is up to you if cash or e-transfer is easiest for you. 

The total cost at the end of the stay may be subject to change based on circumstances and emergencies which may arise during the house-sit. You will receive an invoice with the total cost within a few days after my stay.
